Chamomile Tea – A University of Pennsylvania study showed a significant decrease in anxiety among subjects who drank Chamomile tea daily

Green Tea – Contains an amino acid L-Theanine which has been shown to calm heart rates, calm blood pressure rates and reduce anxiety.
